Job description

CNC Production Technician – 1st Shift

Basic Requirements :

  • Mechanical aptitude with strong skills in operating machining tools and equipment

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred

  • At least 5 years of strong experience in machining, including CNC programming, use of precision measuring tools, blueprint reading, and understanding machining processes and safety protocols
  • Must live within 45 minutes of Dayton, OH
  • Team player, who is teachable, respectful, and reliable
  • Results-oriented and committed to quality work
  • Desire to be active in manufacturing processes and engineering

    • This is mainly an on-site position (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) with remote flexibility for special needs. The role has three current levels and potential future advancement to Manufacturing Engineer.
