The privileging timeframe for this position is approximately 60 days. Case types include general, ortho, and OB. Board certification or fellowship is required, and candidates needing to obtain a state license will be considered. The position requires 8-hour shifts with in-house hours, while weeknight and weekend on-call coverage via pager is required. Overtime is not expected but is offered. The site uses Cerner and iPro charting systems and has six anesthesia rooms. MDs supervise CRNAs with a 2 : 1 CRNA to MD ratio, and MDs also perform their own cases.
