Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Critical Care Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 11.5 hours Hours per Shift : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum Years of Experience required License : Active RN License Certifications : BLS, ACLS required Must-Have : - Critical care experience - Advanced hemodynamic monitoring - ICP monitoring - Experience with ventilated patients - Knowledge of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications - Ability to assist with line insertion and maintenance - Familiarity with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients - Experience with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVD - Proficiency in PA lines and waveform interpretation Description : This position involves working in an intensive care unit. The unit cares for surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure, and sepsis patients. Candidates must have experience in critical care settings. They should possess skills in advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ICP monitoring. Experience with ventilated patients and administering pressors and inotropes is required. Assist with line insertion and maintenance is a key component of this role. Familiarity with managing post-surgical lines, tubes, and drains is essential. Experience with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVD is necessary. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in PA lines and waveform interpretation.
