AI Product Director

A company is looking for a Director of AI Products & Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own the AI product lifecycle, defining roadmaps and delivering AI-powered features from concept to launch

Drive the development of customer-facing AI experiences and internal operational AI automations

Implement responsible AI compliance and monitoring, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

7-10 years in product / platform roles, with 5+ years in AI / ML product development in regulated environments

3-5 years leading cross-functional delivery teams with a proven record of shipping products to production

Experience embedding AI into customer experiences and internal operations with measurable KPIs

Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, MBA) is preferred
