The Pharmacy Manager role includes :
Assist in the development and communication of goals for pharmacy and individual team members that support the organizations mission and performance goals; ensure facility is meeting the outlined goals and objectivesAdminister the pharmacy budget; Manage profit and loss statements; monitor current revenues and expenses and analyze and report on variances from plan; Provide corporate accounting with weekly statistics reports and monthly statements, approve accounts payables and assist accounts receivable in collectionsOversee team member safety, radiation safety and quality programs to ensure pharmacy facility remains in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, laws and practice standards, as well as internal Jubilant Radiopharmacies safety policies and procedures; conduct pharmacy safety audits as required; Oversee team member training to assure compliance with all safety standards; may serve as Radiation Safety Officer or may delegate this responsibility to an appropriately trained individual eligible to be named as RSO on pharmacy licenseCompound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals; prepare doses for transit, including packing, wrapping, checking for contamination, completing necessary documentation, and delivering doses if necessary; calibrate instruments daily; oversee and contribute to the overall organization and cleanliness of the pharmacyRemain prepared to perform emergency dispensing and / or radiation safety procedures; ensure the availability of an authorized user of radioactive materials in the event of emergencyCollaborate with Business Unit Director to maintain customer relationships and develop service contracts; provide recommendations for pricing and terms; respond to customer inquiries and complaints, take appropriate steps to ensure customer satisfactionNegotiate with vendors for services and equipment to reduce costs and ensure product reliability; monitor and supervise facility maintenance and alteration under guidanceQualifications
Bachelors of Science degree in pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy requiredAuthorized User of radioactive materials on the pharmacys radioactive materials license requiredTwo (2) plus years experience in management of operations and teamMust be able to successfully pass companys background check and pre-employment drug testAbility to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid drivers license also requiredDemonstrated leadership skills in motivating team members and meeting performance goals, preferably in a medical environmentRadiation Safety Officer experience preferredJubilant Radiopharmacies offers a competitive salary and benefits package, non-nuclear pharmacist training, relocation assistance and the opportunity to work for the fastest growing radiopharmaceutical company in the nation.
