Nestle USA-Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring 3rd shift Team Leader positions. The team leader position is a working role that provides day-to-day tactical on the floor leadership. It is a developmental role with a path to Production Supervisor and / or functional leadership roles. It is an opportunity to learn our processes and procedures while developing your skills and abilities to lead and manage others.

• 3rd shift is from 5 : 00pm-5 : 00am
• Starting rate of pay $32.97per hour, +$1.50 shift differential per hour
• 12 hour shifts
• Teams Schedule
• Comprehensive Benefits Package after 30 days of employment

Position Summary

This position is responsible for setting an example for safety, product quality and line performance and providing coaching for success. The actions and reactions of this role are what set the daily tone, culture, and vibe through their own daily actions and reactions. Walking the walk when it comes to the safety of our people, products, consumers and environment.
