We are currently seeking a Warehouse Technician for our Phoenix, AZ location.

Scope of Position : The Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting overall warehouse operations in a nutraceutical co-packing environment. Core responsibilities include receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing materials for production and outbound shipment. The Technician ensures all warehouse activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal company standards, contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient facility. This position may also assist the Facilities team with occasional project support as needed.

Principal Responsibilities :

  • Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments of raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations following established procedures and GMP guidelines.
  • Stage and prepare materials for delivery to production in accordance with scheduled needs.
  • Prepare finished goods for outbound shipment, including wrapping, labeling, and documentation.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with reconciliation of inventory records.
  • Support Facilities team on special projects or basic facility tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and report any potential hazards or incidents promptly.

    There are no supervisory responsibilities within this position.

    Work Environment :

    This position takes place within a clean, well lit, ventilated, and air-conditioned manufacturing facility. Regularly exposed to hazardous situations and equipment therefore risk of injury. Some safety equipment must be worn when working with equipment in the shop. Subject to noise from machinery used from time to time.

  • Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. Some overtime required as business needs dictate.

    Travel :

    There is no travel required within this position.

    Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical environment.
