Salary Range : $38.00 - $48.00

Pay Info : $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

This FLEX shift position requires availability for all shifts—day, evening, and night.

Enjoy a FLEX premium pay of $5.00 on top of shift differentials of $1.25!

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education.
• Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
