Job Description

Specialty accepted : Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Start date or shifts : As soon as credentialed ongoing (must commit to 6 months)

Daily schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. (8-hour guarantee)

Practice setting : Home Health

Types of procedures : Primary care, wellness exams, chronic disease management, population health, and kidney care

Number of patients : 3 4 (up to 6 if in proximity)

Ages : Adult patients

Additional information : Travel role covering Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia; majority of patients in King and Pierce counties; must hold active DEA and Washington license; full-time availability required; BLS certification needed; home health or kidney care experience preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged; orientation includes 3-day paid training in Brentwood, TN; support staff includes at-home RNs and LCSWs; mileage reimbursed at $0.44 per gallon; travel to outlying areas may include overnight stays; credentialing 90 120 days (faster with Medicare / Medicaid enrollment).
