Position Overview :

As a service technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing pools and hot tubs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on pools and hot tubs, including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with pool and hot tub equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and controllers.
• Conduct inspections of pool and hot tub systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventative maintenance measures.
• Install, upgrade, and replace pool and hot tub equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, inspections, and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on pool and hot tub systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in pool and hot tub maintenance and repair.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the service department.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers on proper maintenance and usage of their pool and hot tub systems.
