About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Partner to join our growing mortgage team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client communication, organizing documentation, and helping guide borrowers through the mortgage process from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each client experiences a smooth, transparent, and personalized lending journey.

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.Collect, review, and organize loan documentation to ensure files are complete and compliant.Provide exceptional service to every client while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Communicate clear updates and guidance to clients to help them feel informed and confident throughout their home financing experience. Qualifications :

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Comfort with phone-based communication and customer interaction.A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation to our office in Troy, MI.
