Responsibilities : job responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Calendar management
  • Travel booking and tracking
  • Expense reports
  • Cross-division meeting arrangements and attendance
  • Division event planning
  • Office setting and environment

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage schedules
  • Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment yet to maintain attention to details and quality of work
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and team skills, and able to interact with people from multi-culture at all levels
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking / writing preferred
