In this vital role, you will :

• Provide compassionate advice and support to Residents and their families.
• Monitor Residents' health and administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Document Resident care services accurately in both Resident and department records.
• Ensure safety for Residents and staff by adhering to strict infection-control policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to resolve Resident issues and meet their needs effectively.
• Maintain the highest quality of care by following our facility's philosophies and standards.
• Protect the confidentiality of Resident information at all times.
