Custodial Assistant
Position Summary
The Custodial Assistant's primary responsibility is to perform maintenance and custodial duties as requested by the Facilities Maintenance Manager, as well as ensure that the building is free of garbage and cardboard. In addition, the Custodial Assistant performs housekeeping duties to ensure the building is clean and tidy.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma required

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, lift, use fingers, grasp, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists. High mental and visual attention required for planning difficult work methods and sequences to obtain size, shape, or physical qualities of product. Exerts in excess of 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or in excess of 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or in excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Environmental Conditions
The worker is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions including temperature changes, noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, dust, garbage and moving mechanical parts.
Qualifications
Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED
Special Requirements
Drivers' License Ability to work weekends and overtime on a regular basis
