Education Program Coordinator II
Position Description : As an Education Program Coordinator II in Academic Affairs you will work collaboratively, under the direction of the Phase 3 Lead Coordinator and Phase 3 faculty leaders to support consistency and common practices in Integrated Science Selective (ISS) and Acting Internship (AI) courses. Collaborate with Department Coordinators and MCWfusion Phase 3 faculty to facilitate the achievement of the Phase 3 and MCWfusion Curriculum goals. Primary Functions Collaborate with ISS Course Directors and coordinators to support implementation of common curricular processes and offerings. Collaborate with AI Course Directors and coordinators to support implementation of common curricular processes and offerings. Collaborate with the Preparing for Residency (PFR) course team to help organize virtual and in person course sessions, assessment opportunities, and course related special events. Collaborate to maintain Phase 3 implementation timeline including tracking deadlines for program deliverables. Assist in the development of Phase 3 materials including common educational materials, essential documents, and process documentation. Maintain comprehensive databases and files related to Phase 3. Assist in tracking student progression through the Phase 3 curriculum. Support the scheduling and running of student remediation plans. Collaborate with regional campus staff to ensure comparability across Phase 3 experiences. Maintain Phase 3 Track Cards and work with Curriculum Technology Specialist to facilitate semester rollover process. Participate on appropriate committees relevant to Phase 3 courses. Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies. Troubleshoot problems and advocate for medical students as needed. Position Requirements : Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis Minimum Required Education : Bachelor's Degree in education, business or related field Minimum Required Experience : 3 years of related experience Preferred Education : Master's in Education, Business / Management or related field Preferred Experience : Program Teaching or Educational Management, Instructional Design, supervision of others Field : Program Coordination or Management, Education, Higher Education, Medical Education
