$130,000 – $260,000 per year

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategic vision for agentic automation across the last‑mile delivery lifecycle.
• Architect and oversee self‑healing systems that proactively monitor, detect, and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ops to build and scale real‑time automation agents.
• Drive the roadmap for exception prediction, triage automation, and agent / human orchestration.
• Define long‑term goals for autonomy, speed‑to‑resolution, and exception avoidance.
