Job descriptionAt the end of the day, numbers are what matter. You MUST be comfortable in coaching others and motivating a sales team. Therefore, sales experience is a plus. You will be coached and have the tools to get you started, you must be very good at getting things done. You work hard and go straight for the goal. You strive for growth and success. We are NOT looking for someone who needs to be managed constantly or can only do what theyre told and how to do it. You arent afraid to take charge. You are willing to turn plans into actions and take suggestions, and brainstorm with your team to move forward with our common goals. As the leader of a team, you must inspire confidence, optimism, and trust in those around you. This means that a certain level of social intelligence is involved, as you will be working with many different personality types on staff and with members.

Welcome to FitLife in Houston, TX!
The General Manager role is an exciting opportunity where you'll operate the Houston, TX location. This position oversees all operations within the health club, manages and leads the team in acquiring production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, ensures the highest quality of service for our members, works directly with the Assistant manager daily to supervise the sales team, and creates a fun work environment for our employees and members.

Someone who has Health Club Management Experience.
