The Sr. Commercial Contracts Manager will oversee the project's commercial and contractual aspects through risk management, project cost control, contract and subcontractor management, and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Engage directly with customers to safeguard Honeywell's interests in transactions with customers, suppliers, and partners. Establish the contractual and commercial framework for projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with Operations Teams to mitigate negative financial impacts. Proactively develop commercial solutions for identified threats of negative deviations. Conduct contract reviews. Advise project teams on best commercial practices related to scope changes and variation orders. Implement standard Commercial Management methodologies in project delivery and control. Manage claims and advise on record-keeping for claims or disputes. Alert management to commercial risks and recommend approaches. Support the assessment and validation of Honeywell's entitlement and damages to resolve disputes. Substantiate Honeywell's position and facilitate dispute resolution, even with restrictive contract language. Investigate and analyze events, prepare submissions. Manage risks related to the commercial and contractual success of projects. Work closely with the Legal Team. The annual salary range varies by location, from $155,000 to $210,000, depending on the region and other factors. The position is eligible for an incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid leave, and more.
