Our firm provides design-build, value engineering services, general construction, construction management and pre-construction consulting throughout Florida.

Full-time, Delray Beach, Florida Commercial General Contractor looking for a full-time Assistant Project Manager . Project locations vary. We primarily service the tri-county area : Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

Responsible for multiple projects being completed on time, within budget and to contract. Monitor field supervision by directives, inspections, meetings and reviews. Make recommendations to management regarding proposed and existing projects.

• Process Invoices from the Subcontractor
• Invoice Client on a Monthly Basis
• Tracking
• Production Control
• Produce and Update Project Schedule to Client
• Quality Control
• Project Closeout
• Safety and Loss Prevention
• Inspection
• Payment, Negotiation and Claim
• Provide support for Field Superintendent as required
