Job descriptionLead and manage cross-functional technical teams, including developers, engineers, and technical support staff. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate and monitor internal resources to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation phases. Ensure seamless integration of HubSync solutions with client systems while adhering to best practices and compliance requirements. Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements for efficiency and quality. Leverage your understanding of enterprise software architectures, artificial intelligence, workflow management, and integrations to guide solution design and implementation strategies. Possess a solid technical foundation in software development principles to support project execution and technical troubleshooting. Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or data integration environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse technical teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical background with understanding of APIs, data systems, cloud platforms, enterprise software, and workflow management tools. Knowledge of or experience with artificial intelligence technologies and their application within enterprise solutions. Hands-on understanding of software development processes, including common programming languages and development lifecycle. Experience managing client implementations and technical support.
