Job Description
Assist in managing all phases of commercial construction projects. Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Manager.

The Successful Applicant
Experience in construction project coordination or management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with construction software and documentation processes. Eagerness to learn and grow into a Project Manager role.
