Psychiatric Technician

We are looking for Psychiatric Technician to join our 7-bed Residential Program (CRR) in Bethlehem, PA.

The Psychiatric Technician will :

• Monitor Patient Health : Observe and record patients' mental and physical health, behavior, and responses to treatment.
• Assist with Daily Living : Help patients with personal hygiene, eating, dressing, and other daily activities.
• Administer Medication : Dispense prescribed medications and monitor for side effects or reactions.
• Support Therapeutic Activities : Lead or assist in recreational and therapeutic group sessions.
• Crisis Intervention : Respond to patients in crisis, including de-escalation and restraint when necessary.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of patient progress, incidents, and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and counselors to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain Safety and Confidentiality : Ensure a safe environment and uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.

Earn $16.25 per hour OR $18.25 per hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay option!
