Pearson Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Pearson, dedicated to investing in innovative education technology and workforce companies that align with Pearson’s mission : empowering lifelong learning and driving strategic growth and innovation.

Our Team Is Responsible For

• Strategic Investments – sourcing, executing, and managing a portfolio of investments.
• Strategic Partnerships – developing and managing partnerships with companies in our portfolio.

You’ll work closely with Pearson’s five business divisions, as well as the corporate M&A and Strategy teams, giving you exceptional learning and networking opportunities. This role offers significant exposure to Pearson’s CEO, CFO, and executive leadership.

Compensation

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The minimum full-time salary range is between $165,000 - $205,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
