This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Patients per day : 21
• Practice Setting :  Federally Qualified Health Center
• State Licensure : Washington
• Credentialing Timeframe : 3 weeks
