Ecommerce Manager

We’re partnering with an innovative, fast-growing company in the red light therapy space that's on a mission to help people (and pets!) feel better, look better, and live healthier lives. Their FDA-cleared devices—based on NASA-developed tech and backed by clinical research—are considered the gold standard in the category. And now they’re ready to scale even faster.

Now, we’re looking for a eCommerce Manager to help them scale their DTC and B2B channels across Shopify, Amazon, and Klaviyo . This is a big role with real ownership—and a huge opportunity to make an impact.

What you’ll do :

• Own the Shopify site and Amazon storefront
• Run and optimize email + SMS campaigns via Klaviyo
• Drive growth across the funnel : acquisition, conversion, retention
• Test and launch promos, flows, and digital experiments
• Dig into the data and make smart moves based on it
• Collaborate on product drops, seasonal offers, and content
• Constantly think about what’s next—and then build it
