Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design development and deployment of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable secure and high-performance technical solutions
• Oversee the full development lifecycle including architecture coding testing and deployment
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and governance models
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Client Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders
• Facilitate regular onsite meetings workshops and technical deep dives with business and IT teams
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for nontechnical stakeholders
• Proactively manage client expectations scope and timelines
• Provide strategic input to help clients optimize their Salesforce investment
• Project Delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects business analysts QA and DevOps
• Manage onsite delivery teams and coordinate with offshore counterparts
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks and dependencies
• Support UAT go live and post deployment activities
