Purchasing Manager

Job Summary

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, ensuring efficient purchasing processes, cost control, and regulatory compliance for the organization. This role includes managing procurement technology systems (ERP and inventory management), developing local and tribal sourcing initiatives, and providing training and support to internal departments on requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Five (5) or more years of purchasing supervisory / management experience in gaming / hospitality environment, to include three (3) or more years of food & beverage buying experience required.
• Proficient with progressive MMS Systems (SWS, RedRock, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
