Flex Director, Loyalty Member Products
This is a temporary position. The Flex Director, Loyalty Member Products is responsible for leading the design and execution of Elite member products, including benefits and Elite tiers, to enhance the Marriott Bonvoy member experience. This position will play a critical role in transforming the future of Marriott Bonvoy Elite member benefits and pathways by integrating and synthesizing learnings from customer research, data analytics, market research, hospitality industry knowledge and customer loyalty expertise. The role must act as a champion driving change and coordinating a cross-functional team responsible for designing, building, launching, and assessing new member products and enhancements to the Elite program. This role must leverage exceptional leadership, analytics, and project management skills to organize, influence, and drive results meeting business objectives within aligned upon budgets and timelines while working across a variety of stakeholders in the organization.
