• Patient Volume : 2-3 per day - New Consults : 2; 8-12 per week (split with 2nd physician) - Re-evaluation : 1 - Follow-ups : 2
• No. of treatments per day : 30
• Mid-levels in Practice : Available
• Support Staff : - APPs, 2 physicists, 2 dosimetrists - 6 Rad Therapists, 3 RNs, 2 Front Office - 1 Financial Counselor
• Case Mix : Breast, Lung, Prostate & Mix of other organ sites.
• Duties : - Tue : All on-treatment patients - Mon-Fri : Simulations & review of images - Wed : Chart rounds at 8a - Tue afternoons : Network peer review
• Procedures : - 2D & 3D radiation therapy - IMRT, IGRT, DIBH, SBRT, SRS - Brachytherapy for cylinders
• Office Equipment : - 2 linacs (Trilogy & EDGE Truebeam) - GE Lightspeed-16 slice-widebore
• Trauma Level : II
• EMR : Aria RO Epic / IP Powerchart
• Other Info : Will work solo
• Hospital Privileges required : Yes
• Temporary Privileges available : Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
