The Human Resource Service Delivery Representative aids with and facilitates the human resource processes for all employees. This role is the first point of contact for all employees and provides Level 1 (Tier 1) support for all Human Resources Service Areas including Recruiting Benefits Payroll Compensation Employee Records Leave of Absence Learning and Development.
In this role you will :
- Provides Level 1 (Tier 1) support to HR Business Partners Managers and Team Members regarding questions related to various HR data.
- Performs a variety of general administrative duties related to HR compliance.
- Answers general questions from Team Members via phone chat email etc.
- Works with HR Business Partners Managers and appropriate Center of Excellents regarding any follow-up / reporting needed for various company-wide initiatives.

High school diploma or equivalent certificate requiredNights and weekendsMinimum one year in (type of work) required or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in MS OfficeAdditional Information :
