Pay Range : $33 - $59 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Deliver safe, individualized, high-quality patient care using the full Nursing Process
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care
• Ensure culturally competent care tailored to patient population
• Follow evidence-based clinical practice standards
• Teamwork & Collaboration
• Coordinate and document patient care within an interdisciplinary team
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and communication processes
• Support a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative clinical environment
• Promote fiscally responsible care and help retain healthcare team members
• Professional Development
• Complete ongoing competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as a preceptor / mentor to nurses, students, and staff
• Participate in shared governance and improvement activities
• Evidence-Based Practice & Quality
• Promote and support nursing research , performance improvement, and evidence-based practice
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards
• Participate in data collection and consult experts when addressing practice questions
• Resource Management & Support
• Proactively plan patient care across the care continuum
• Participate in developing protocols aimed at improving outcomes
• Support efficient use of human and material resources
• Reduce readmissions, avoidable days, and adverse events
• Additional Duties
• Follow all facility policies, standards, and code of conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned
