Work Schedule :  M-F, very light, shared call

Scheduled Hours :  40, 36 clinical / 4 admin, 4-day work week available

• Busy, collegial practice of 4 physicians and 1 APRN, 1 : 1 provider to support staff model
• Seeking additional provider due to growth / demand
• New or recent grads encouraged to apply
• BC / BE Required
• Excellent work / life balance, 36 patient hours / week, 4 admin hours, four-day work week available
• 16-20ppd with light, shared phone-call responsibilities with regional group
• EMR : EPIC, AI scribe service imbedded
• Academic / Clinical Affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine

• 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 days CME w / stipend
• Base Salary $290K+ , two-year guarantee,  generous sign-on bonus , wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses,  up to $80K in student loan reimbursement
