Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers — providing exceptional support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining CanQualify’s reputation for top-tier service and reliability.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday
  • Hours : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (Pacific Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for supplier inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide step-by-step assistance to suppliers navigating the CanQualify platform.
  • Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, the Compliance Team and other departments to support client / supplier satisfaction and program success.
  • Educate supplier users about CanQualify’s tools, features, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify recurring customer needs or pain points and provide feedback to improve service and product performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand services — such as helping general contractors invite and manage their subcontractors through CanQualify.
  • Qualifications

  • 3 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.
  • Experience in construction, energy, or industrial compliance management is a plus.
