About the Role

The Agency Inventory & Replenishment Manager will lead the inventory reconciliation process with agency partners, ensuring accurate stock records and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the inventory reconciliation process with agency partners, ensuring accurate stock records and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Monitor agency inventory levels and generate replenishment orders as needed to maintain service levels.
  • Collaborate with Customer Business Partners and Sales Order Processing teams to resolve order fulfillment issues and align inventory data.
  • Act as the point of contact for Sales Team regarding inventory and replenishment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and inventory policies.
  • Analyze stock movement trends, identify root causes of inventory variances, and recommend improvements.
  • Support monthly and quarterly performance reporting on inventory accuracy, aging, and replenishment KPIs.
  • Participate in supply planning meetings and provide input based on agency stock levels and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations.
  • Inventory reconciliation experience.
  • Consignment of inventory.
  • Planning background.
  • Sales and Operations Planning background.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • People management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

    Pay Rate : $100k - $120k / salary DoE
