Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations (DARO) is looking for a high energy, dynamic Operations Supervisor (Cell Leader M2) to oversee repair operations. You will be able to develop your leadership skills by leading the day-to-day operations team where you will collaborate with the leads of various business functions (i.e. engineering, quality, information technology, etc.). You are accountable for leading continuous process improvement opportunities, and critical resource allocation to ensure that business metrics are met. Excellent organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills are important. This person will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, organizing, and summarizing information for regular reports and processes.
This role reports to the Operations Manager and will be supporting 2nd and 3rd shift operations. Typical working hours are 12 : 00PM 10 : 00AM, Monday Thursday (4 x 10 work schedule). Training is available and may be required on our 1st shift for up to 3 months.
