Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting the Contracts Procurement and Subcontracts department.
• Prepares routine correspondence data reports and standardized documents.
• May assist in the procurement process of supplies equipment hardware software and other materials.
• Applies policies procedures business principles and authority set forth in applicable manuals regulations and other directives when completing tasks.
• Conducts a variety of research using various sources in support of Company projects and presents results in written or verbal format as requested.
• Performs a variety of tasks such as sorting data entry filing in support of program / project management and proposal activity to enhance operating efficiency.
