Traveling Superintendent - Data Center

Responsibilities :

Lead field operations for large-scale data center projects from ground-up through completion.

Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Enforce and promote safety standards across the jobsite.

Partner closely with Project Managers and Owners to maintain alignment on goals and progress.

Mentor and provide direction to field staff, ensuring consistency across multiple teams.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as a Superintendent on large, complex commercial projects (data centers highly preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive field teams.

Willingness to travel and manage projects nationwide.

Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget .
