Job description

Morning BOH Team Member

$12.50-12.75 / hr Flexible Scheduling, Competitive pay, Free meal per shift, no late nights, no early mornings, Sundays off, Supportive team environment, opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, no fryers or grease

The Morning BOH Team Member prepares a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Strict adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness / sanitation standards.

Qualifications include :

  • Availability : Must be able to work shifts from 10am to 4pm (shift may change, Ex : 10am-3pm OR 11am-4pm)
  • Reliability : Punctuality and dependability
  • Teamwork : Ability to collaborate with coworkers and handle fast paced environments
  • Hygiene : Must present in a neat and professional manner at all times
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation : Must be able to maintain a clean workstation while preparing food
  • Attention to detail : Must be able to follow brand standards one plate presentation in a timely manner
