Outside Sales Opportunity
We’re seeking a professional sales rep to meet with residential clients, present solutions, and close high-value deals. Training and qualified leads provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and adopt a proven structured selling process through provided training
- Present and sell the features and benefits of premium fence solutions to residential customers
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments to understand and recommend fencing options
- Use strong consultative selling techniques to close sales on provided leads
- Prospect for additional customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Work with install teams to understand and communicate customer needs
- Perform basic record keeping and data entry to track sales and client information
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence with customers and colleagues
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of outside sales experience2–3 years of in-home sales experience (preferred)College degree in a related field (preferred)Availability to work some evenings and weekendsStrong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skillsAbility to earn trust and build rapport with customers and team membersPositive, professional attitude and strong work ethicComfortable with technology and proficient in tools like Google G-SuiteValid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportationWhat’s Provided
