Position Overview

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment. This role also involves supporting other skilled trades, ensuring job site readiness, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying necessary repairs or replacements.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including fans, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), and refrigerant systems.
• Perform system startups and commissioning.
• Collect and interpret system data (e.g., static pressure, voltage, amperage, CFM).
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Complete and submit all required documentation daily.
• Work independently, setting and achieving goals with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Travel to customer sites within the greater Houston area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including safe driving practices.
• Be available for on-call service as needed, including evenings and weekends.
