Job Description

8+ years of SAP Solution Manager experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on working experience in ChaRM.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Urgent, normal and Standard change & release processes.
• 5+ years of experience working on key ChaRM functionalities including Transport import, TOC, CSOL, CCTS, Change diagnostics, Retrofit etc in parallel landscape.
• 3+ Years of hands-on experience working in N and N+1 landscape scenario in S / 4 HANA landscape.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Lead end to end SolMan delivery from Solution, process, and stakeholder management perspective.
• Setup ChaRM in N, N+1 and N+2 landscapes for S / 4 HANA greenfield implementation program
• End to end delivery of sustainment and projects releases (Bi-weekly, Urgent, Projects etc) including ChaRM cycle creation, import to production systems etc
• Work on system level up activities in project landscapes.
• Work with BASIS on System refresh, build and other maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting of ChaRM functionality and transport related issues
• Drive retrofit activities in Project landscapes along with various project and sustainment teams
• Work closely with release manager for global release planning and SAP environment management
• ChaRM process optimization & Enhancements
