Check out retirement health insurance benefits, retirement income, and FAQ's Wellness programs Review and analyze legal documents and instruments primarily related to easements in the Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) of the United State Department of Agriculture. Document findings in EXCEL and other reporting formats. Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports describing the Clinic's activities as to the FRPP program. J.D. or LL.M. from ABA - accredited law school A minimum of one (1) year of prior work experience with document review preferred. Any equivalent combination of related education and / or experience will be considered. All qualifications must be met by the time of employment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word and EXCEL Proficiency in Google platforms including Google Docs and Zoom. Strong ability to multi-task multiple projects Ability to write effectively. Ability to collaborate efficiently with co-investigators of different disciplines Ability to supervise a team effectively. Demonstrated ability to problem solve Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to maintain proper attendance and dependable work ethic.

The Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic in the College of Law at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a (Remote) Part-time FRPP Fellow (Program Coordinator).
