The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Patina 250 in Buffalo, New York. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and committed to training and mentoring both new and current team members. As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in fine dining or upscale casual environments, with a strong ability to inspire teams, elevate guest experiences, and uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence.

Pay

Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $60,406 - $62,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
