Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager- Change Management for their Healthcare Security Client in California.
JOB SUMMARY :
As part of the Strategy Execution & Change Management Team, the Senior Manager, Change Management will lead BCI through periods of transition and transformation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives across the organization. The role will play a critical role in ensuring that change initiatives are effectively managed, communicated, and integrated to achieve desired outcomes and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities / Duties :
Change Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored approaches to engage and gain their support throughout the change process.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and track progress.
- Partner with current project and program managers to ensure project plans encompass change management strategies & efforts.
- Identify and manage change management risks and issues – escalating and resolving as needed
- Ensure transparency, alignment and partnership with our internal business partner and clients.
Change Implementation
Lead the execution of change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with business processes and systems.Anticipate and address resistance to change by identifying potential barriers and developing mitigation strategies.Manage an execute change management activities and plans for multiple concurrent projects and programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope and schedule.Continuous Improvement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and interventions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in change management to enhance organizational change capabilities.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change management function and across the organization.Minimum Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field7+ years experience in leading and handling change management projects and programs.Proven track record of delivering successful change management outcomes for complex projects and programsPreferred Experience :
Master's DegreeCertification in OCM, project management, or related fieldStrategy, business operations and consulting experience a plusExperience in unionized environmentsExperience in security and / or healthcare a plusExperience leading business transformations with people, process, and technology changesExperience usingMinimum Qualifications at Entry :
