One of our clients are expanding in Northwest, IN and urgently seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home and SNF visits.

Main Details :

• $250 / visit W2 pay IRS mileage reimbursed
• Must be board certified FNP or AGNP / AGACNP with IN license
• New grads welcome Training provided
• Must be flexible Mon Fri, 8am 5pm with 72-hour notice
• Travel up to 1.5 hours from Northwest, IN central location required
