With ten healthcare centers, eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations, a Mobile Health Unit, and in-house Pharmacy services, we offer primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to community-based patient populations throughout Indiana that are diverse in age, educational background, and income level.

IHC in Peru, IN seeks an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate to substantially impact the lives of patients in our community. Clinic Hours of Operation :

Monday - 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.

Tuesday - 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

Wednesday - 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

Thursday - 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.

Friday - 8 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m.
