About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Product and Laboratory Development to lead our efforts in new product innovation and laboratory startup. This is a senior leadership position that plays a critical role in shaping our company's future through the development of wellness, hospital, IV, and related products. The Director will oversee all aspects of product formulation, testing, and regulatory compliance, while also driving the establishment of a fully licensed, independent laboratory in Houston, TX.

As part of the senior management team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pharmacy, quality, sales, and marketing to ensure product excellence and alignment with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Innovation

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products.
• Oversee stability and feasibility studies, and manage external partnerships with consulting firms.
• Ensure products meet all local, state, and federal regulatory and quality standards.
• Conduct technical writing and execution of qualification / verification protocols (IQ / OQ / PQ).
• Evaluate and improve current formulas based on performance data and product reviews.
• Provide scientific and operational leadership to internal teams and management.
