Experience :

• 6-8 years of experience (preferably at the enterprise level)
• Figma (advanced features : auto layout, responsive design)
• Ability to consume and apply research insights
• Experience with design research tools
• UserTesting
• Dscout
• UserZoom
• Optimal Workshop
• Understanding of human-centered design
• Background in insurance or financial services (not required, but a plus)
• Portfolio Expectations :
• In-depth case studies demonstrating thought process and impact
• Clear rationale behind design choices
• Ability to articulate design decisions in relation to user needs and business goals
