Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Base pay range

$85,000 - $112,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the litigation process including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement and trial.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts and other legal correspondence.
• Conduct thorough case analysis, research and preparation for trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy for all stages of litigation.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to achieve best outcomes for clients.
