Network Administrator

We are seeking an Enterprise Network Administrator to play a key role in managing and optimizing our enterprise systems, networks, and communication infrastructure across multiple regional partners. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the performance, security, and scalability of our regional network operations.

As a Network Administrator, you will work closely with the Regional Network Operations Center (NOC) , technology directors, and district network teams to ensure smooth and secure network connectivity across all sites. You'll also partner with our Enterprise Network Engineer to maintain best-in-class configurations, implement upgrades, and uphold the highest standards of security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and administer enterprise networks and communication systems across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate with the Regional NOC and district technology teams to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Implement network changes, upgrades, and improvements while maintaining robust documentation and change control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across WAN, LAN, and wireless environments.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Network Engineer to apply and maintain security best practices across all hardware and software systems.
  • Support the design and deployment of scalable, secure network infrastructure.

  • Proven experience in network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of WAN / LAN topologies, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
